If your order involves customization, or requires being made on demand, you will be notified of when you can expect your order to be shipped. We will try our best to ship out your item as quickly as possible. If you have an urgent time request, please inform us before ordering and we will let you know if we can meet your deadline. All orders ship with tracking information for your convenience.

RETURN or EXCHANGE POLICY
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, and would like to return your order for exchange or a refund, please contact us regarding your intention and reason for return/exchange within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Please know there is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items, unless the item was shipped to you incorrectly.
The returned item must be shipped back to us in the original packaging and in new and unworn condition. When return shipping your item, please ensure it is packaged well and you have sufficient insurance in the unforeseen case that the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. We cannot be responsible for damaged or lost items shipped by you without sufficient insurance. Please contact us and we can help you with your return shipment.
Items that have been customized are considered custom orders, and unfortunately are final sale. If you are unsure of whether or not a customization is right for you, please contact us and we can help you in your decision. It is of the utmost importance to us that you are entirely thrilled with your purchase, and if there are any doubts, we would prefer not to sell you an item that cannot be returned.
