Shipping                                                                                                                  

All in stock items will ship within 2 - 5 business days of receiving your order.  If your order involves customization, or requires being made on demand, you will be notified of when you can expect your order to be shipped.  We will try our best to ship out your item as quickly as possible.  If you have an urgent time request for your order, please inform us at the time of ordering and we will notify you of whether or not we will be able to meet your timeline.

All items shipped within Canada and the USA are sent via Canada Post Parcel. Your shipment will include a tracking number for your convenience.  Due to Covid-19, shipping times will vary, but once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your expected date of arrival.  We thank you for your kind patience and understanding during this time.

At the moment we are only able to ship to Canada and the USA.

USA                                                                                                                        For orders up to $400CDN, the cost to ship your order is $35.00CDN.                For order over $400CDN, please contact us directly for shipping details. 

 

Return or Exchange Policy

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not happy, and would like to return your product for exchange or a refund, please contact us regarding your intention and reason for return/exchange within 5 business days of receiving your order. 

Please know there is a $35 restocking fee on all returned items, unless the item was shipped to you incorrectly.

The returned item must be shipped back to us in the original packaging and in new and unworn condition.  When return shipping your item, please ensure you have sufficient insurance in the unforeseen case that the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.  We cannot be responsible for damage or lost items shipped by you without sufficient insurance.  The suggested mode of return is via Canada Post Parcel.  It has been our experience that shipments in this manner are very rarely lost or damaged, but we would be disappointed for your order to be a rare case.    

Items that have been customized are considered custom orders, and unfortunately cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.  If you are unsure of whether or not a customization is right for you, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss with you your concerns to help you in your decision.  It is of the utmost importance to us that you are entirely thrilled with your purchase, and if there are any doubts, we would prefer not to sell you an item that you cannot return.
